Terms and Conditions
GENERAL
The following terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all quotations, sales orders, and deliveries from Contec Prefab A/S. These conditions apply unless other written agreements have been made between you as the buyer and Contec Prefab A/S.

You can contact us by phone at +45 86 280 290 (Monday–Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM) or by email at coating@contecgroup.dk. We aim to respond to emails within 24 hours on business days.
Price
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT when you purchase as a private customer. If you are logged in with a business account, prices will be displayed excluding VAT.
Contec Prefab A/S reserves the right to change prices that may have been incorrectly stated in our price catalogue or on our webshop. Contec Prefab A/S also reserves the right to change prices as well as fees and/or other costs stated in Contec Prefab A/S’s latest price catalogue or on the webshop at any time, for example due to changes in VAT rates or other public fees and taxes, increased costs, or as a result of normal developments in retail prices.

No payment fees are charged when paying Contec Prefab A/S.
The purchase amount will not be charged until the order has been dispatched from Contec Prefab A/S. No amount greater than the one approved at the time of purchase will be charged.
INVOICE
The payment method “Invoice” is only available to business customers who have created an account with Contec Prefab A/S. The requirement for opening a business account is an active CVR number and approval by our accounting department. Contact us HERE to set up an account and learn about the terms and conditions.
In case of late payment of the invoice, a reminder fee of DKK 100 will be charged, along with 2% interest per commenced month.
DELIVERY
Delivery of goods from Contec Prefab A/S is considered to have taken place upon dispatch from our warehouse, however, the delivery time for private customers will only apply from the moment the item is in the buyer’s possession in accordance with the Danish Sales Act.
The shipment of goods is generally done with PostNord.
The expected delivery time is stated on the individual item. When ordering multiple items with different delivery times, the order will generally be shipped together when all items are ready for delivery.
SHIPPING – DELIVERY PRICES
Shipping prices for private individuals (all prices incl. VAT):
PostNord Collect – Packages up to and including 20 kg DKK 54.95
PostNord Home – Packages up to and including 20 kg DKK 69.95
For private individuals, there is free shipping for purchases over DKK 1499.95.
Shipping prices for businesses (all prices excluding VAT):
Packages up to and including 35 kg DKK 150,-
1/4 pallet DKK 305,-
1/2 pallet DKK 420,-
1/1 pallet DKK 530,-
For deliveries to Danish islands that are not bridged, an additional charge of DKK 400,-
For businesses, purchases over DKK 3000 are free shipping.
It is possible for both private and business customers to pick up at our address in Højbjerg.
COMPLAINT
Products purchased at www.conteccoating.dk are subject to the Danish Sales Act and Consumer Contracts Act.
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to Contec Prefab A/S within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods.
Kunden opfordres på det kraftigste til, at afgive erklæring omkring produktets fejl og/eller mangel i forbindelse med reklamationen, idet undladelse kan betyde en forlængelse af afhjælpningsprocessen grundet fejlsøgning.
Goods that are not covered by the right of complaint and/or are received without proper packaging will be repackaged, and an amount corresponding to Contec Prefab A/S’ costs for necessary and proper packaging will be charged.
Goods returned cash on delivery or sent without postage will be refused receipt by Contec Prefab A/S.
When returning defective or incorrect goods to Contec Prefab A/S, where an error or defect, defined and stated by the customer, is not found, the goods will be returned including the additional shipping cost.
Goods should be returned with a copy of the invoice, which shows the time of purchase of the complained product, otherwise the goods will be put on hold until a copy of the invoice and any error message on the product are available.
RETURNS
You may refuse to accept the goods from the carrier. If you refuse to accept the goods because you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask that you inform the carrier that they may immediately return the goods to Contec Prefab A/S.

You can deliver the item to our warehouse yourself within 14 days.
Return/exchange requires that the item be returned in the same condition and quantity as when received. The original packaging must also be returned.

If you have returned an item, you will always be notified when we have received the item. Here you will find information about the further process in connection with the processing of your cancellation/complaint.
Mark the shipment “Right of withdrawal” and attach a copy of the purchase invoice as documentation that the returned item(s) was purchased from Contec Prefab A/S. The amount will be returned by bank transfer to the person stated on the purchase invoice.
When you use your right of withdrawal, you must pay for the return shipping to us. Contec Prefab A/S recommends that the item be returned via Postdanmark or GLS, and that the item be returned in the same packaging in which it was received.
Contec Prefab A/S does not accept goods that, without agreement, are returned cash on delivery or without postage/free of charge.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY
When ordering in our webshop, the information you enter will be transferred and stored in our internal computer system. This information is used exclusively for processing orders and is then saved to track previous purchases. This should result in the best possible support, should this be necessary. Contec Prefab A/S does not disclose the registered personal data in any way, and only employees in the sales and administration departments at Contec Prefab A/S will have access to the entered data.
The information is stored for at least 5 years, as required by the Danish Accounting Act. The information is stored and transmitted unencrypted.
As a registered person, you always have the opportunity to access and object to a registration in accordance with the rules of the Personal Data Act.
Furthermore, we register all visitors for statistical purposes, including the number of visits and number of orders per day. No personally identifiable information is recorded in this regard.

RESERVATIONS
All orders are processed subject to force majeure, including war, other civil unrest, natural disasters, strikes and lockouts, failing supplies of raw materials, fire, damage to suppliers’ production, failing transport options, import/export bans or any other event that prevents or limits Contec Prefab A/S’s ability to deliver the goods.
In the event of force majeure, Contec Prefab A/S is not liable for any loss to the buyer as a result of non-delivery.
Contec Prefab A/S assumes product liability towards you according to applicable legislation.
We would like to point out that Contec Prefab A/S is solely responsible for errors and/or defects in the products sold on our platform. Any service, work and/or performance performed by the purchaser of the product or a third party, including installation, maintenance and/or other subsequent activity, is not covered by our liability.
Contec Prefab A/S thus disclaims any liability for any damages, losses or problems arising as a result of the buyer performing work on or with the purchased product or any third party involved. Any warranty or liability arising from such actions shall be borne solely by the purchaser or the relevant third party.
We encourage the buyer to carefully follow all instructions, guides and recommendations provided by Contec Prefab A/S to ensure proper use and maintenance of the products.
By making a purchase, the buyer and any third party involved agree to the above terms and disclaimers.
All technical recommendations and details given in our product descriptions are based on our current knowledge and experience with the products. All information should therefore be considered indicative. Anyone who intends to use the products must ensure that the product is suitable for the intended use. However, as we have no control over how the products are mixed, applied and under what conditions they harden, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage during the use of the products. We are only responsible for the quality of the products upon delivery from our warehouse.
COMPLAINT POSSIBILITY
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
