CC Flow

CC Flow

CC FLOW is a fast-hardening, self-leveling floating mortar developed for both interior and exterior projects where high strength and uniform surfaces are required. The mortar is based on Contec Coatings’ advanced technology for high-strength concrete and ensures a strong, durable result that can be used after just 24 hours.

Strong properties and wide range of applications
The shrinkage-compensated composition makes CC FLOW suitable as a top layer on concrete in offices, homes, institutions, shops and light industry. It can be used in layer thicknesses from 4–8 mm and provides a uniform, flat surface without the need for vibration. After laying, the surface can be sand-saturated to achieve slip resistance or better adhesion to epoxy-based systems.

High strength and durability
CC FLOW develops a high final strength that exceeds traditional cement-based screeds. The mortar has excellent abrasion resistance and improved resistance to water vapor, chlorides and other corrosive liquids. Impact resistance can be further improved by adding fibers.

Easy mixing and practical application
The mortar is mixed with 2.9–3.5 liters of water per 20 kg bag and has a free-flowing, self-leveling consistency. It can be laid both manually and with pumping equipment, and a spike roller is optional. When the surface can be walked on, it is recommended to protect it from drying out and to finish with Contec Universal Sealer for an even and slightly darker finish.

Description

Product information

Color: Light cement gray
Consumption: approx. 18 kg/m² at 10 mm layer thickness
Recommended layer thickness: 4–8 mm
Bending/tensile strength after 28 days: 9 N/mm²
Compressive strength after 28 days: 50 N/mm²
Minimum application temperature: +5°C
Mixing ratio: 2.9–3.5 L water per 20 kg
