Universal sealer
Universal Sealer is an impregnation intended as a final sealing layer for indoor/outdoor concrete surfaces. It provides a surface seal that protects against dirt, grime and stains, but is not chemically resistant to chemicals such as vinegar, limescale remover or other products that react with lime.
Outdoors, this sealer protects the concrete from the effects of wind and weather. It protects against moisture, mold, cracks and frost heave, among other things.
This sealer penetrates the concrete and does not affect the concrete’s finish.
Description
Substrate
Clean, dry, grease-free and sustainable substrate.
Application
Shake well before use. Universal Sealer is applied in an even, thin layer with a paint roller. For larger areas, an airless paint sprayer (0.3mm nozzle) or another suitable sprayer can be used. Avoid “runners” on vertical surfaces. Drying time is typically 1-2 hours. A minimum of two coats are normally applied. The second coat can be applied when the first coat is dry, after approx. 1-2 hours. Avoid direct sunlight, dust and/or dirt during application. To see and assess the final effect, it is recommended to make a small test area. The container must be tightly closed each time you have used the product.
Characteristics
The paint is scratch-resistant, durable and has good chemical resistance. It is also flexible and, what is special, painting with Universal Sealer does not change the appearance of the item. This means that the painted item will not appear with a darker color tone or wet-look.
ATTENTION! When water is added, the density of the product is reduced.

Sanded surfaces: Typically. 30 – 40 g/m²
Non-sanded surfaces: Typically. 40 – 80 g/m²
Newly laid concrete: Typically. 80 – 100 g/m²
Drying time:
1-2 hours. Drying time depends on layer thickness, substrate, temperature, humidity, etc.
